I was commissioned by Realtor, wife and builder husband, Lisa Skumpija and Nelu Skumpija. Lisa is the current President of the Women Council of Realtors Raleigh Chapter, I am an affiliate member.
Nelu has built last-years and this years gold winner of the Durham, Orange and Chatham County Parade of Homes. The new homeowners help select the finishes for the home so Lisa and Nelu wanted to thank them with a special 5″ x 7″ framed illustration and note cards, announcing their new home.
I rode out to Chapel Ridge – The Estates in Chatham County with my neighbor. We must have driven 200 miles, photographing the 5 homes for Lisa! Wow, beautiful country. Afterward, we stopped by the General Store Cafe for a yummy lunch. It was a great afternoon!
