We are getting ready for our anniversary, in honor of the anniversary, we contacted the Mayor of Holly Springs and asked if we could illustrate and donate a landmark to the town. He jumped at the chance to get an illustration for the town. He requested the Leslie-Alford-Mims house. The 35 room mansion was built in 1840 with additions on 1876 and 1900. It is currently being renovated to be a wedding facility and day spa. The house is on the National Register of Historic Places and Wake County Historic Landmark. We are honored to illustrate such a beautiful place.
